Remote control by PC of the intelliPEEM unit is possible via the handheld intelliREMOTE panel or by PC via the RS 232/Focus-Bridge. The remote control language consists of a set of RS232- commands. With these, the distinct power supply modules are addressed for setting or getting corresponding parameters like voltages, currents or positions of encoders.
