intelliPEEM
The new intelliPEEM control unit brings a new level of performance and convenience to PEEM investigations. The memory buffer
(EEPROM) for storage and retrieval of 10 complete parameter sets significantly simplifies operation of the PEEM. Each stored parameter set may also include data obtained from the optional position
read-out to provide repositioning of the sample with an accuracy of 1 micrometer. The microprocessor controlled power supply provides high stability voltage supplies
up to 16 kV for operation of all components of the electron optical system. The unit also enables the individual selection of current limits to provide reliable protection against flash-over. The
large, main display offers a selection of menus including a schematic graphical display of the microscope column. The display is designed to enable simple intuitive setting of all parameters
including currents. Remote control of the unit is possible via the RS 232/Focus-Bridge.

What is PEEM?
The FOCUS PEEM photoemission electron microscope enables real-time surface sensitive, direct imaging with an ultimate resolution below 20 nm, and is suitable for the
investigation of surface topography, work function distribution, distribution of chemical elements (spectromicroscopy) and magnetic domain imaging.
