SHA 50: Angular Resolving Electron Energy Analyser + one or two axis goniometer
The SHA 50 is a rotatable angle-resolving electron energy analyser. It is designed for
photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS, ARUPS, XPS), as well as electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS) and can also be used for energy analysis of scattered ions (ISS). It
meets all requirements of gaining highest transmission at selectable resolution.
Compact design, needs NW 200CF flange (NW 150CF flange on request), can be mounted in any orientation
Bolt on rotatable analyser
Selectable angular and energy resolution
Ideal for polarized light and synchrotron sources: minimum angle between observation
direction and light beam ±15° (0° optional)
On axis NW 100CF Port for mounting of sample manipulator or spin analyser
90° deflector for optimized signal to noise ratio
Spin Polarization analysis: OMICRON Product Line
