FOCUS electronics GmbH produces high-end electronical devices and power supplies. Fullfilling  highest demands in versatiltiy and sustainability, all the devices are controlled via microprocessors, support the industrial CAN- Bus protocol and can be remotely controlled via PC.

Examples are the power supplies EVC100 und EVC300 of  the FOCUS UHV- evaporators and the ultrastable High-Voltage power supply intelliPEEM used for controlling the high potential electron microscopes of the FOCUS IS-PEEM series.
