Your Tasks

  • Establishing contacts and maintaining contacts with customers from the industrial environment
  • Technical advice from customers on our welding systems, with the support of our product specialists
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Responsibility for commercial aspects in the context of the sales process
  • Support in or independent management of contract negotiations
  • Collaboration in pricing and marketing concept
  • Presentation of the company and the products at trade fairs and conferences worldwide, together with our product management and marketing
  • Support and control of our worldwide agent network
  • Maintenance of customer data in our CRM system
    Collect customer feedback and market information and feedback to our product managers and developers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process

Your Profile 

  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, technical business administration or comparable qualification
  • Enthusiasm for complex processes and control technology
  • Previous knowledge in the field of welding technology is an advantage
  • Ideally professional experience in technical sales and in the field of technical application and/or development projects
  • Independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented way of working
  • Analytical thinking and entrepreneurial expertise
  • Team and organizational skills with leadership and assertiveness
  • Interest in creating modern sales and marketing content
  • Confident appearance in negotiations with customers and business partners
  • Maximum customer orientation and good communication skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to make a rousing and
  • inspiring appearance
  • Knowledge of German and fluent English; further languages welcome!
